Starting Construction

It could be a pipe dream from a decade ago, a scribble of thoughts yet put to fruition.

Starting from stage 1 of a construction project is a big step to make, what we aim to do is walk with along this path. When presented with a project what we’ll aim to do is iron out any key requirements or potential problems before taking the idea and conceptualising it fully in 3D.

At this stage we can virtually swap out materials and gauge what the budget requirements should be. Then once everything is set, construction will begin.

From Preparation to Decoration

With new homes, things typically follow a long list of steps. This begins with grading and preparation, through setting the foundations, framing, utilities and insulation all the way to setting the carpets and curtains.
